A r t i c l e 371.
Transitional Provisions on the peculiarities of customs operations in respect of vehicles
1. Vehicles registered in foreign countries, imported into the customs territory of the Customs Union before the entry into force of this Code for the implementation of such vehicles of the international carriage of passengers and goods from the date of entry into force of this Code recognizes international carriage of vehicles. These vehicles were subject to the provisions of Chapter 48 of this Code and (or) other acts of customs laws and customs union.
2. Vehicles registered in the states - members of a customs union and have been taken before the entry into force of this Code from the customs territory of the customs union in the exercise of such vehicles of the international carriage of passengers and goods from the date of entry into force of this Code recognizes international carriage of vehicles. These vehicles were subject to the provisions of Chapter 48 of this Code and (or) other acts of customs laws and customs union.
