A r t i c l e 372.
Transitional provisions for the legal relations arising in the mineral resources (energy sector)
Legal relationships arising in the mineral resources (energy sector) in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation before the entry into force of this Code and arising after its entry into force, shall apply mutatis mutandis customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and customs legislation of the Russian Federation in accordance with which there are relevant contracts, and in part not regulated by these customs laws - the provisions of this Code.
