A r t i c l e 369.
Transitional Provisions on the peculiarities of the transport of goods under customs control
1. With respect to goods for which the transit declaration (customs transit document, document delivery control) taken (registered) by the customs authority prior to the entry into force of this Code, the issuance of a permit for customs transit (registration document delivery control) is performed, and transportation through the customs territory customs union under customs control is carried out and completed on the terms and conditions established by the legislation of the States - Members of a customs union on the date of approval (registration) by the customs authority of the transit declaration (customs transit document, document delivery control).
2. Transportation through the customs territory of the customs union under the customs control of goods in respect of which the customs authority issued a permit for customs transit (issued document delivery control) before the entry into force of this Code is carried out and completed on the terms and conditions established by the legislation of the States - Members customs union on the day of issuing a permit for customs transit (registration document delivery control).
