A r t i c l e 153. Use and (or) disposal of goods across the customs border

1. Use and (or) disposal of goods across the customs border, before they are released by customs authorities in a manner and on terms established by the customs legislation of the customs union.
2. Use and (or) disposal of goods after their release by the customs authority in accordance with the terms of the declared customs procedure.
