A r t i c l e 152.
Prohibitions and restrictions on movement of goods across the customs border
1. Movement of goods across the customs border shall be subject to prohibitions and restrictions, unless otherwise prescribed by this Code, the international treaties of the - members of a customs union, the decisions of the Customs Union Commission and the regulations of states - members of a customs union, issued in accordance with international treaties of the States - Members Customs Union, which established such prohibitions and restrictions.
2. Goods prohibited to import into the customs territory of the customs union, arrived at the customs territory of the customs union are subject to immediate removal from the customs territory of the customs union, unless otherwise provided by law and (or) international treaties of the States - Members of the customs union.
Taking measures to export these goods rests with the carrier or their owner, unless otherwise stipulated by law and (or) international treaties of - members of the customs union.
3. Goods prohibited to export from the customs territory of the customs union, are not subject to the actual export from the customs territory of the customs union, unless otherwise provided by law and (or) international treaties of the States - Members of the customs union.
4. If the importation into the customs territory of the customs union, or exportation from such territory, the goods restricted for import or export, no documents confirming compliance with the restrictions, the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 of this article.
5. If you can not export the goods specified in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this article, or to exercise their immediate removal of the goods shall be detained in accordance with Chapter 21 of this Code.
