A r t i c l e 210.
Terms of placing goods under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption
1. Goods placed under customs procedure of release for domestic consumption under the following conditions:
1) the payment of import customs duties and taxes, if not installed tariff preferences, exemptions from payment of customs duties and taxes;
2) enforce the prohibitions and restrictions;
3) the submission of documents confirming compliance with the restrictions in connection with the use of special protective, antidumping and countervailing measures.
2. Under these conditions the goods acquires the status of the goods the customs union.
3. In granting exemptions from payment of customs duties and taxes associated with restrictions on use and (or) disposal of goods, goods subject to conditional release in accordance with Article 200 of this Code and retain the status of foreign goods.
