A r t i c l e 150.
Movement of goods across the customs border
1. All persons shall have equal right to move goods across the customs border in compliance with the provisions laid down by the customs legislation of the customs union and the law states - members of the customs union.
2. Goods across the customs border in the manner prescribed by the customs legislation of the customs union.
For certain categories of goods, including supplies, goods for personal use, international carriage of vehicles, this Code and (or) international treaties of - Members of the customs union may be established characteristics of their movement across the customs border.
3. Goods across the customs border shall be subject to customs control in the manner prescribed by the customs legislation of the customs union and the law states - members of the customs union.

4. When importing into the customs territory of the customs union and the exportation from the territory of goods needed for disaster response, emergency situations of natural and man-made military equipment needed to perform peacekeeping actions or conduct exercises and goods exposed to rapid deterioration , live animals, radioactive materials, explosives, international mail, express cargo, humanitarian and technical assistance, communications and materials to the media and other similar items of customs operations, prior to submitting the customs declarations are made in a matter of priority.
