A r t i c l e 123.
Mutual administrative assistance
1. In this chapter, mutual administrative assistance refers to the customs authority of one state - member of a customs union, committed on behalf of the customs authority of another state - member of a customs union or jointly with him in order to ensure compliance with customs laws and customs union to prevent, deter, investigate violations of customs laws customs union.
2. Administrative assistance includes:
exchange of information between customs authorities of the States - Members of the customs union;
mutual recognition of decisions taken by customs authorities;
carrying out certain forms of customs control prescribed by this Code, the customs authority of a State - Members of a customs union on behalf of the customs authority of another state - member of a customs union.
Administrative assistance may include other types of cooperation between the customs authorities in accordance with international agreements of the - members of the customs union.

Exchange of information between customs authorities in accordance with international agreements of the - members of a customs union, including the use of information systems and information technology.
A r t i c l e 125.
Mutual recognition of decisions taken by customs authorities
Decisions of customs bodies taken when carrying out customs operations in respect of goods imported into the customs territory of the customs union or exported abroad are subject to customs control, carried by the customs territory of the customs union in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit, temporarily stored, as well as implementation of customs control, are mutually recognized by the customs authorities of the - members of a customs union and have equal legal force in the customs territory of the customs union in the cases determined by the customs legislation of the customs union.

Carrying out of certain forms of customs control at the request of the customs authority of one of the states - members of a customs union customs authority of another state - member of a customs union
In order to ensure compliance with customs laws and customs union, as well as the prevention and suppression of violations of customs laws and customs union customs authority of one of the states - members of the customs union has the right to request the customs authority of another state - member of a customs union conduct certain forms of customs control.
Base, shape, direction and order of execution of the commission to conduct certain forms of customs control are defined by international treaty states - members of the customs union.
